Stewed Chicken
Ingredients:
- About 10 Pieces of Chicken
- 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
- Fresh Ginger
- 1 Large Onion (chopped)
- Green Seasoning

Soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 chicken-flavoured bouillon cube
- Coconut Milk
- Salt to taste
Marinade:
1. Clean chicken, removing any excess fat.
2. Grate garlic and ginger into the chicken.
3. Add onions.
4. Add seasoning to taste.
5. Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce to fully coat
chicken pieces.
Mix well, and let stand for 10 minutes.
Preparation:
1. Heat large pot (place on high heat)
2. Add 4 to 5 spoonfuls of brown sugar
3. Leave on high heat until the sugar dissolves and
browns
4. Add the chicken
5. After the chicken is browned, turn the heat to medium.
6. Add one cup of water to the mixture, and stir.
7. Add coconut milk and stir
8.
Add bouillon cube and stir, and
10. Add salt to taste
Cover the pot, and let simmer until the chicken is cooked,
about 30 minutes.
