CEZAR will be LIVE at Kingston Beer's TNL this Tuesday
Cezar now returns with what some consider his best effort yet.
Kingston, Jamaica:-- Coming off a good performance at Air Jamaica Jazz & Blues 2008 and a packed schedule in 2007 featuring performances at the Crash Mansion in New York City and the Key Club & Temple Bar in Los Angeles, Cezar will perform live this Tuesday, March 18th for the first time in Kingston this year. Cezar will present the international launch of the single and video for his new track Will You Be at the Village Cafe in Barbican at Kingston Beer's Tuesday Night Live.
Since early 2003 Cezar has been a regular staple on the Jamaican and international music scene, debuting with I'll Be Dancing in the same year, he later followed that success with Sexy Ways on the 'Tunda Clap Riddim'. Despite the success of those two songs Cezar is most noted for his Lay You Down single on the 'Stepz Riddim', which garnered for him critical acclaim in 2006.
Cezar now returns with what some consider his best effort yet. Cezar, a Howard University trained architect has helped to create a new niche in the reggae genre. Known for his smooth Rocksteady-esk flavour and his distinctive voice, Cezar has tweaked the formula with Will U Be which has been in heavy rotation on Hype TV, RETV, BET, BETJ and Tempo. Will You Be is also doing very well in Europe featuring on Reggae stations in Germany and France.
Shot in Brooklyn and directed by the famed Nadia Sampson and Tim Naylor directing team, the video for Will You Be is of a high quality and maintains the cool romantic style Cezar is known for. |
