Icon's 'A Pain' is king of the road for Vincy Mas 2008
Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines - Wednesday July 9th, 2008 - After placing fourth in the Soca Monarch Competition on Saturday, Icon John managed to edge out the newly crowned 'Skinny Fabulous', who seemed poised to claim the first double victory since 'Poorsah' did it in 2001.
Gareth ‘Icon’ John's 'A Pain' was the most played song on the streets of Kingstown for Carnival Monday and Tuesday at Vincy Mas 2008. Other popular road songs included 'For Life' (Problem Child), 'Crazy Vybe' (Skinny Fabulous & Jamsy P), 'Give Me Some' (Problem Child), 'Who Ye Hutt Ye Hutt' (Fireman Hooper), 'Crazy Man' (Demus) and 'Drunk & Dirty' (Homie & Tarrus).
