Toronto Fashion Designers Do a Little Soul Searching
TORONTO, April 21 – Stylists and fashion designers are on a mission to capture the true essence of style. The Soul of Fashion , in conjunction with Touch International Entertainment, have created a fashion experience that inspires, educates and tantalizes fashionistas from all angles of the catwalk.
Quickly becoming one of Toronto’s finest developing talent agencies, Touch International Entertainment has created The Soul of Fashion show to connect consumers, trendsetters, tastemakers, media and buyers with existing fashion designers, to help develop their brand to create a lasting name within the fashion industry.
“There is something holistic going on with this event. It’s not just the ordinary fashion, beauty affair. This event is about creating a positive shift in fashion and creating a voice for developing local brands. The Soul of Fashion’s main goal is to create a successful method of marketing for Canada’s emerging fashion designers striving to make a mark in a competitive industry,” Jai Holness president of Touch International Entertainment.
For one day, only the North York Civic Centre will play host to a shift in fashion philosophy. With the support of the Toronto community, fashion lovers can expect lines from truly vibrant, chic cosmopolitan designers, Steriotype Designs, Juicy Soulja (male & female apparel) and Zevol Designs (women’s apparel). With a shared affinity for style and design, vendors ranging from health & fitness, talent development and beauty, have come together to be part of the shift in fashion.
On April 25th from 1pm- to 8pm, at the bottom level of the North York Civic Centre – 5110 Yonge Street, will be the beginning of something new, something chic and something soulful.
