Nov 2005 ~ "Stay With Me" by 'Kes The Band' Debuts at #1 on Toronto-Lime.com

The latest offering by 'Kes The Band' titled "Stay With Me" debuted at #1 on the Toronto-Lime.com chart, with a staggering 64,434 listens in the first week of its release.

The only other track to top the chart in it's debut week in the last six months was Kevin Lyttle's "Home For Carnival" which sat at the number one spot for over two months and averaged about 45,000 listens per week.

'Kes The Band' was formed in May of 2005 and is comprised of former Imij and Company members Riad, Hans, Jon and Kees (of which the latter three are brothers).

Lead vocalist of the band, Kees Dieffenthaller is no new-comer to the Toronto-Lime.com charts, as his recent hits "Dance With Me", "Push" and "Hypnotized" (ft. Michelle Xavier) where also #1 hits over the last couple years. "Hypnotized" was the 4th most listened to track overall in 2004 behind international hits "Tempted To Touch", "Turn Me On" and "No Es Amor". "Push" was the 5th most listened to track in 2003.
