CREWSAID - "The Charity Event"

triniPULSE.com, a well known and established entertainment website and event promotion company based in T&T is all set to 'give back' via their upcoming Charity event. After being approached by several non profit organisations for assistance with various causes, the team at triniPULSE.com, thought it time to 'give-back' and came up with an innovative way of doing so, whilst encouraging their fellow event promoters and corporate companies to join them.

CrewsAid is Trinipulse's Charity Event that encourages all to unite and support worthy, legitimate charities that provide necessary services and care to citizens in need, especially our youth. By forming CREWS (groups of 20+ persons) one can become a part of this unique event described by triniPULSE.com staff as "a day of entertainment inclusive of our national instrument, with nice people, nice music, nice vibes and support", since each ticket purchased will provide a percentage to selected charities.

The event captures the famous Panorama Semis-North Stand vibe: The rhythm sections, the drinks, the music the revelry and camaraderie of many different groups, all in support of our culture and supporting a worthy charity of their choice.

CrewsAid has as its feature a Pan Sound Clash: A musical competition - 8 different pan bands match wits in hyping up the crowd, tune selection and much more. The registered CREWS, will be the judges, in addition to celebrity judges.

The event is carded for October 1st and is set to last from the early afternoon into late evening, with lots of entertainment in addition to the Pan Sound Clash. Patrons can expect performances by local artistes, Carnival 2007 costume displays and of course music provided by the DJs, lots of food, drink and excitement.

Registrations have started for the steel bands and various Crews desirous of participating and several companies have already signed on as sponsors for the event which promises to deliver a true cultural immersion.

The deadline for registrations for Steel Bands is 29th July 2006 and CREW registration deadline is 11th August 2006.
