Faye-Ann & Bunji tied the knot.

December 26, 2006 - The ‘The Lyrics King & The Lyon Empress’ (BUNJI GARLIN & FAYE-ANN LYONS) tied the knot over the Christmas weekend (Dec 23) at the Holiness Revival Ministries in Woodbrook, Trinidad, followed by a reception for over 300 guests at the Centre for Excellence in Tunapuna.

Both adorned in matching white, the 2003 Road March Queen (Faye-Ann) and 2005 Soca Monarch (Bunji), were joined in marriage by Bunji's brother who is a pastor at the Holiness Revival; while the bride's dad, multi-Road March winner Austin Super Blue Lyons gave her away.
 

The event was one of Trinidad’s most anticipated weddings and attracted several big names including Destra, Shurwayne Winchester, Maximus Dan, Ms Alysha, Iwer George and Lil’ Bitts.

The couple also recently released their latest offering for Carnival 2007, appropriately entitled ‘The Lyrics King & The Lyon Empress’. The track was composed by reknown writer/producer Ian Wiltshire (Island Style Music), also known for his popular tracks 'Trini 2 De Bone' and 'Glow'.
