SPIN D MUSIC Entertainment is pleased to announce its 2nd annual Caribbean Carnival event entitled, 'CARNIVAL CRAZINESS - OUT OF THIS WORLD' at the iconic Jackson's on George, harbour side in Sydney on FRIDAY 30th November, 2007. An event dedicated to promoting true Caribbean Carnival Culture from the islands of Trinidad & Tobago, Australians will be able to witness an explosion of colour, pageantry and music representative of the cultural vibrancy of this Caribbean twin island.
As the ambassadors for Soca music in Australia, SPIN D MUSIC is proud to display a dynamic and vibrant cultural heritage at Carnival Craziness. We're absolutely passionate about Soca music! It's all about projecting our culture from Australia to complete the global circle of great cities, promoting Trinidad and Tobago's rich carnival around the world, says Duane Lee Wo from SPIN D MUSIC Entertainment.
With all the elements of carnival, the pulsating and hypnotic beats of Soca music promises to eclipse patrons into a state of euphoria as confetti fills the air and whistles follow the rhythm of the music.
Expect to see carnival dancers in dazzling costumes beaded with sequins, glitter and feathers, guaranteed to gravitate people into a frenzy. A blend of traditional costume characters with a modern day twist such as the Midnight Robber, Pierrot Grenade and Fancy Sailor will be showcased courtesy of our sponsors TRIBE Carnival from Trinidad & Tobago.
