Cassava Pone

Ingredients:
2 lbs. cassava
1 dry coconut
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Angostura bitters
Sugar to sweeten
1 tsp. ground clove and spice
1 tsp. vanilla essence
Water to bind the mixture

Method:
1. Peel, wash and great the cassava.
2. Mix the cassava with the coconut.
3. Add the butter and sugar.
4. Add ground clove, spice and vanilla essence to the mixture.
5. Add enough water to bind the ingredients.
6. Place in greased pan and bake at 3500 C until crisp and brown.
