Garlic
Pork
Ingredients:
4 lb. Pork
salt
thyme
1/4 lb garlic
2 cups of vinegar
1 lime
Method:
1. Wash pork in lime and salt and cut into small pieces.
2. Parboil pork in water for about 20 minutes.
3. Remove pork from water and dress with seasonings.
4. Place pork in a bowl and pour on vinegar.
5. Cover and allow to stand for 1-2 days.
6. Fry pork in hot oil. |
