Ginger
Beer
Ingredients:
250g fresh root ginger
4 litres water
Sugar to taste
cloves
1 tsp lime or lemon juice (optional)
Method
1. Grate the ginger.
2. Add ginger to water with the cloves and juice and
stir.
3. Boil mixture for 30 minutes, then allow to cool.
4. Strain and discard the bits.
5. Sweeten to taste.
Serve
