Macaroni
Pie
Ingredients:
1 pack macaroni
250ml evaporated milk
1/4 butter
1 lb. cheese grated
1/2 tbsps. Mustard
1/2 tsps. salt
2 eggs
Method:
1. Boil macaroni until soft and drain. Add salt to water
2. Mix milk, butter, eggs & mustard together in
a small bowl
3. Layer macaroni and grated cheese in a baking dish
4. Pour into mixed liquid over layered cheese and macaroni
5. Cover top with grated cheese
6. Bake at 350°C until light brown in colour |
